Jam

 

Jams the way my granny made them; fresh fruits in a pot on the stove, sugar (about 43%) and, if needed, a bit of cocentrated apple juice (of course of our organic home grown apples) to thicken the jam.

All fruits are home grown, except the ones that to not gtrow here ion the mountains, like lemon, orange and ginger.
