Vinegar

Fruit vinegars are great for giving taste and perfume to vegetable salads, fruit salads, fish dishes and white meat like chicken. 
The fruits are put together with a good quality white wine vinegar in a way that the vinegar proces restarts. After half a year the fruits are filtered out  and a bit of our honey is added for sweetening. Once bottled there a residue of the fruits that sinks to the bottom: all natural and tasty!
